LOKRING® Coldweld Pipe Fittings

Weld-equivalent pipe joints made in minutes. No flame, no purge gas, no hot-work permit. ASME B31 qualified, 1/4″ to 3″ NPS.
  • Supplied across Indonesia
  • Technical support & sizing
  • Delivery to site, onshore & offshore

What if you could join a live line permanently, without a single spark? With LOKRING® coldweld pipe fittings, you can.

Installed in minutes with a hand tool, the patented connection replaces welding on small-bore piping in refineries, gas plants, offshore facilities and marine systems. As a result, there is no flame, no purge gas and no hot-work permit to manage. PT Saka Nusa Persada supplies and installs LOKRING® across Indonesia, so your team gets the product and the field support from one partner.

How LOKRING® Coldweld Pipe Fittings Work

Every joint relies on Elastic Strain Preload (ESP®). Initially, the driver ring moves forward and swages the fitting body onto the pipe. This creates a 360° circumferential, metal-to-metal seal. Because the seal stays under elastic preload for the life of the connection, the joint is permanent and tamper-proof. In other words, it performs as a weld equivalent without ever heating the pipe.

LOKRING® coldweld pipe fittings also come in carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, stainless steel, copper nickel and brass, from 1/4″ to 3″ NPS.

Key Advantages of Coldweld Pipe Fittings

  • Zero hot work: crews need no flame, purge gas or fire permit, so they can work safely even in fire-hazardous areas.
  • 10× faster than welding: each connection takes only minutes; therefore, shutdown windows shrink or disappear altogether.
  • No X-ray, no NDT: instead of radiography, a simple visual inspection verifies every joint.
  • Code-qualified: the fittings meet ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.5, B31.8 and B31.9, and they also pass the API 607 fire test.
  • Built for harsh service: ratings reach 8,810 psi and cover −60°C to +425°C, whether onshore, offshore or subsea.
  • Proven at scale: in fact, installers worldwide have made more than 2 billion LOKRING® connections over 40-plus years.

Where Coldweld Pipe Fittings Make the Biggest Difference

  • Refineries and gas processing plants
  • Offshore platforms, especially where space is tight
  • Instrument air and hydraulic lines
  • Steam and condensate systems
  • Utility and fire water lines
  • Fire-hazardous areas that restrict hot work

Proven in the Field with PT Saka Nusa Persada

Our team has already put LOKRING® to work in demanding conditions. For example, at Pertamina EP we completed a carbon steel pipeline replacement in an extremely limited-access area with no welding and no hot work.

Beyond supply, we also deliver certified LOKRING® installation, from product selection and sizing to on-site support. Moreover, you can browse the manufacturer’s full range at LOKRING Technology. Working on refrigeration or HVAC lines instead? If so, explore our VULKAN LOKRING® braze-free tube connections.

Planning a tie-in, a small-bore replacement or a shutdown you would rather avoid? Request a technical assessment, and then we will size the right coldweld pipe fittings for your line.
